Mid Week Escape at Seoid Spa

Full Day Package @ €120.00 per person includingBreakfast

Begin the day with a Balneotherapy Bath, where you are immersed in water heated 20 degrees, and allow the 250 water jets massage all the aches and pains away.

Follow on with the Anne Semonin 30 min ‘made to measure' Facial and the deeply relaxing Scalp Therapy Massage using the Botanical Body Oil and the Hydrating Cream Mask.


Then onwards to enjoy the Seoid Journey.

Conclude the day with the Dry Floatation and the Sabbia Med where the entire musculature is supported by the warm water bed. 20 mins is equivalent to 3 hours deep sleep and release the ‘happy' endorphins in the Sabbia Med, where you experience sunrise, sunset and mid day sunlight and heat in a time frame of 30 mins.

Half Day Package @ €70.00 per person (based on 2 persons)

Experience the decadence of the Rasul Mud Chamber, where you apply exfoliating and reminerilising Dead Sea Mud, to the entire body. Indulge in the tropical steam and rain ritual leaving the body and mind tingling and alive.

This is a journey through the spa using thermal & hydro therapy programme.
Start your journey with a 30 minute session in the Hydrotherapy Pool. Here you can experience numerous jets to massage and loosen the body's muscles to prepare you for your journey. This large Hydrotherapy Pool also allows you to exercise with its wave form technology. Then move on to the thermal areas where you can move between the various heat experiences; Luxuriate in the crystal steam room, inhale the scents of the Herb Sauna, and relax in the radiant heat of the Laconium. Finally increase your general circulation and rejuvenate the body by cooling down during a visit to the Cold Room. The Outdoor Hot Tube will allow you to further relax whilst overlooking the magnificent grounds on the Dunboyne Castle Estate. Finishing off with an Experience Shower and your journey is complete.
