As night falls, enjoy a beautifully prepared Table d’Hôte dinner in the elegant Ivy Restaurant. Afterwards, gather in the cosy surroundings of the Sadlier Bar, where live music, friendly conversation and traditional board games create the perfect Christmas Eve atmosphere.

The Main Event…
Christmas Day begins with a leisurely breakfast, accompanied by a celebratory glass of Mimosa. Afterwards, breathe in the crisp winter air with a stroll through our 21 acres of mature gardens, or simply relax by the fire in the Terrace Lounge with a freshly brewed tea, coffee or a warming Hot Whiskey.

In the afternoon, take your place in the Ivy Restaurant for a traditional Christmas lunch, lovingly prepared using the finest seasonal ingredients. As evening draws in, continue the celebrations with a relaxed buffet in the Sadlier Bar, where live entertainment and festive cheer make for a memorable Christmas Day.

The Finale…
Begin St. Stephen’s Day with a hearty breakfast before enjoying a leisurely morning at your own pace. Unwind in The Spa Thermal Suite, take in the fresh country air, or head into the nearby town to browse the post-Christmas sales.

In the evening, return to the Ivy Restaurant for a delicious dinner before gathering once more in the welcoming surroundings of the Sadlier Bar. With live music and the warmth of Irish hospitality, it’s the perfect way to bring your Christmas escape to a close.
