Quoted Rates
Rates are quoted and charged in EUR inclusive of VAT, service charge & taxes. All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. All special offers quoted are limited and subject to availability and may be subject to a minimum night stay.

Accuracy of Information
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Dunboyne Castle does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of listed hotels and products.

Online bookings
Please note that different terms, conditions and cancellation policies in relation to all online bookings via Dunboyne Castle branded websites may apply depending on the room or rate type selected. Please read carefully the room rate details that are provided before you make your online booking. We advise you to check through the rate details before making your online reservation.

VAT
Reservations are subject to prevailing Vat rates applicable during the provision of the service. If the prevailing Vat rate changes the costs of the services provided during the stay will be subject to the greater or lesser Vat rate as applicable.

Pricing Errors
While we do our best to minimise mistakes, sometimes mistakes happen. Dunboyne Castle reserves the right to cancel contracts based upon incorrect information being displayed in relation to price or service.

Guaranteed reservations
Unless you are booking a non-cancellable rate, your credit card details are taken at the time of booking for guarantee purposes only. By securing your online reservation with a credit card, your room is guaranteed until midnight on the day of arrival, after which the room is released and may be resold. All reservations made on www.dunboynecastlehotel.com must be guaranteed to a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). In the case of a no show, your credit card will be charged for one night’s accommodation.

Cancellations
Reservations up to and including 4 nights, we will require at least 48hrs cancellation notice. Long length reservations; 5 nights or more, we require at least 7 days cancellation notice. Otherwise, full charges for the accommodation will apply and will be deducted from the credit card number supplied to guarantee your booking.  Please note that some rates are non-refundable and in the event of a no show, the full charge of the booking is taken from your credit card. Non-refundable room rates will be notified to you prior to booking.

Child Policy
2 children under 3 may share free with two adults. A cot charge may apply.

Please note that all promotional offers are subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the specific webpage. All special offers are subject to availability.

Site use
Our website is intended to provide information about Dunboyne Castle to our guests and to assist our guests in determining the availability and booking of a reservation. Apart from printing information in connection with your travel, you are not entitled to reproduce, replicate, sell, resell or otherwise exploit the website listed above unless we provide you with prior written permission to do so.

Queries and complaints
Queries and/or complaints must be notified to Dunboyne Castle in writing within seven (7) days of the problem arising or seven (7) days of the problem arising whichever is the earlier.

Warranty
Dunboyne Castle warrants that we will provide our services with due skill, care and diligence, and that any materials used will be sound and reasonably fit for the purpose for which they are required.

Remedy
Where a complaint is upheld by Dunboyne Castle our liability shall be limited to:

Correcting the fault at our expense
At our option, reimbursement of the price of the services affected by the fault in question

Governing Law
This contract is governed by the laws of Ireland.
